韩方普研究组筛选了几百份全世界推广的黑麦材料,发现四份黑麦材料对Ug99表现为高抗或免疫。通过远缘杂交的方法将黑麦中的优异抗病基因转移到小麦中,与普通小麦杂交及染色体加倍获得两个新的八倍体小黑麦843-61和843-42 (AABBDDRR),利用亲本小麦进行回交并连续自交,后代中成功筛选到两套完整的小麦-黑麦二体附加系材...
